Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than you were not happy with the story, you may return it to us for a store credit or an exchange. Marketing material that has been preapproved for printing cannot be return, for reasons other than not being preapproved image, words, or sizes. Publishing Package will adhere to Author Agreement, signed prior to purchase.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition no bended pages or stains.

RETURN PROCESS

Please email customer service at liberationspublishingllc@gmail.com with Shipping Method and Tracking# for return so that store credit or exchange can be processed. Mail returns to

Please note, you will be responsible for all return charges. You must use a trackable method to mail your return.

After inspecting the condition of your item/s we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
